Understand Our Culture
At Opera Solutions, we believe in a healthy work/life balance.
You will see this mix in the Jersey City office, which not only contains a gym, but also a wine bar, and pool and ping-pong tables. You will observe it on Fridays, when consultants typically come together for lunch and informal catch-ups with their peers. You will experience it in team activities like special dinners, sporting event outings, and bowling nights, as well as the-more-the-merrier ski trips, cooking classes, charity events, wine-tasting sessions, and much more.
In addition, Opera Solutions sponsors many special interest groups, athletic teams, and social events for consultants. Learn more about these programs below.
Special Interest Groups
Opera Solutions is full of interesting people with a wide range of pursuits – and the firm encourages people with similar passions to come together in Special Interest Groups, including, but certainly not limited to:
- Women in Business Group. Opera Solutions understands and respects the unique experiences that affect professional women. Opera Solutions' women have founded a multipurpose group to discuss relevant issues and support each other as they navigate their careers.
- Opera Music Group. Opera has several highly-trained and accomplished musicians. They come together to practice and perform classical music.
- Personal Investments. This group holds seminars on personal finance/investing and conducts an annual stock market competition.
Athletics & Fitness
Opera Solutions supports the physical fitness of its employees, not only by obtaining advantageous corporate rates at the finest fitness centers, but also by sponsoring a robust team athletics program including volleyball, basketball, badminton, tennis, golf, dodgeball, soccer, and running. In addition, we have a fully equipped gym at our Jersey City office.
Other Social Activities
There's a social butterfly in every Opera Solutions consultant, as evidenced by the healthy turnout at monthly social gatherings, sporting events, concerts at Madison Square Garden, and our own ‘Third Friday' cultural presentations. It's clear we have no trouble mixing pleasure with business.
