Joe specializes in statistical modeling, data mining, online marketing, and fraud detection. Prior to joining Opera Solutions, Joe was a Chief Scientist at Fair Isaac, working in research and development. There he led new product initiatives and core algorithmic development. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Joe has lived in San Diego for the past 12 years. He holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from SUNY at Stony Brook and a BS in Applied & Engineering Physics from Cornell University.
