Paul ter Weeme brings more than 22 years of industry experience to his role as Lead Principal, Supply Chain Services. Prior to joining Opera, Paul was COO and SSVP of Consulting Services for Zeborg Inc., a business intelligence software company, a partner at the the Mitchell Madison Group and, before that, at Oliver Wyman. During his career, Paul has developed expertise on issues related to corporate strategy, procurement, sourcing and outsourcing, offshoring, mergers and acquisitions, and reengineering. His outsourcing experience covers a wide range of fields, including telecommunications, IT hardware and software, advertising, labor, chemicals/supplies, and print.  Paul holds a BBA from The Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, Canada, and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
