Currently, Shishir manages Opera's New Delhi office, home to one of the firm's three scientific and technical Centers of Excellence. As a veteran expert in the investment banking and hospitality industries, Shishir specializes in outsourcing, offshoring, procurement, HR structuring, and organizational design. Before joining Opera in 2003, Shishir worked as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group in New York and Inductis, in its New York and New Delhi offices. Shishir holds a BE in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Economics from BITS Pilani, as well as an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
